1. Maybe they're wascally piano playing wabbits with the funny algowithms! <G> 2. I would hope he's buying all he can at this price. I don't see much point in trying to save allotment for later, unless he thought things were going to get worse. But there is nothing to prevent him from making an offer on all outstanding shares at any time (and never has been). That is not considered a buy back. That is a buy out. However I get the feeling all he does is sit and sulk in his office and count his cash hoard, to make sure it's still there. Dennis
