It sound like you're on release 2.0. If so, send an email to info@quotes-plus.com to request a new cd. 2.0 had some trouble with running multiple scans at the same time, but it was fixed in 2.1

Is there something I can do to check to double-check which version I'm on? I just installed the 2.1 CD, but I'd like to make sure that everything is as it should be.

Gary et al.

I just got back from vacation and installed Ver 2.1. It repeatedly hangs up on "Phase 12" of processing quotes. The update files had been already downloaded while version 2.0 was working. I found Ver 2.1 in the mail after doing the updates and tried installing it and then updating the data files. The last date on charts is Jan 25. Any solutions?
