10:52 Thursday Morning PST... I just got off the phone with the attorney. This suit is going to be filed.

Incidently, I have been on hold with e-trade since 10:24, (34 minutes now, it was over four hours several days ago). I need to put in yet another complaint about their trade execution but it takes literally hours before I can contact with them just to file the complaint... This pisses me off to no end.

How many people have the time to tie up a phone line for hours so they can file a trade complaint? I find between 30-50% of my trades need to be challenged due to E-Trade's poor execution or lack of execution, (trades that fail to execute even though the stock trades through my execution price).

If you have had problems with e-trade, Ameritrade, JB Oxford, or any of the other online brokers and want to be included in this suit, please post your problem here, or send me the problem via e-mail at:

pluvia2@aol.com

Time to force these guys to fix their problem...

Cheers Steve
