I had no problem whatsoever. You have to click on each attachment, then save it. It saves as a word document with a .doc extension. I have Norton AntiVirus as an applet to Netscape that automatically looks at any such document, then allows me to choose the directory in which i want to save it. When you guys save, remember the exact file name, then click the start button, then click on find. A dialog box will pop up. type the exact file name at the top and start the search. When find finds the file, double click on the file and Microsoft Word will open the file. If you don't have Microsoft Word or something that will read a .doc file, then you have a problem. Dave
