I viewed this as a positive announcement. In these kinds of companies I'm typically more concerned about top line issues, and the solid revenue growth really was stronger than I expected. Licenses were strong too. Given the weakness in ERP right now this bodes well for the future.

I agree with others on the "good quarter guys" stuff from the callers. They seem to always say this whether they're going to sell the stock or buy. Don't read anything into it IMO.

The R & D line is what is dragging on the profits, but as others have said - this should pay off in the future if we believe the company is moving in the right direction.

Couple questions
- Did they comment on the level of Accounts Receivable in the Conf Call? Would love to see them pull this # down.
- There's alot of goodwill on the balance sheet. How much of a drag is this causing on earnings? I don't see it listed on the income statement.

Thanks for any help on this. Again, the revenue growth surprised me and this is where it all begins.
