steve, 14k/day for a shallow/mid-depth water jackup sounds like the proper daily costs to man and provision such types of rigs... Also we may test the $11.85/bbl downside on oil futures shortly- which is good on a long-term basis. We need to revisit this low, test it, and have the test hold, technically before oil prices can firm IMO only.... Sincerely, Doug F.
