Is E-Trade EGRP a good short right now? I heard the NY Attorney General is getting many complaints and might file a lawsuite. Also, heard that private class-action suits are coming.

I think it's worth reminding the folks who are so frustrated (DD, et al), that ALL on-line brokers are having trouble handling the volume these days, that E*Trade is still ranked number 1 by Gomez Associates, and that, in any event, they're opening up a shop in Georgia that will greatly enhance the ability to handle the volume. If you're a daytrader, then you're foolish not to have a backup broker. Of course, if you're a daytrader you're probably foolish in the first place...
