Thanks for the heads up. I noticed something hiding in one of your S&P charts that I just physically drew the lines on and after the discussion up to this point about doom and gloomers being wrong when calling for larger drops I dare not say it but... you know me. <g>

Connect the highs Nov 27 and Dec 8 which acted as a resistance point now support and extend the line right. Then draw a line connecting the lows of Dec 28, Jan 4 and Jan 14 extend right. They both converge at the middle tine of the new downward fork from this recent drop (assuming it holds) around the 22nd of Feb at the 1180 level.

I actually expect at least a bounce before then but .... It was convergence of lines that clued everyone in to this drop in the first place. I guess we'll see as the time goes by but I put it on my chart for monitoring.

My charts at Monty's site probably won't be up until later tomorrow. MIcron's server was off-line and it took me 4 hours just to get my site updated and my mail didn't come on line until just now. Therefore I just now was able to send out my charts for his posting. Now you know why I enjoy shorting those scumbags every chance I get. The joys of living in the Desert where you have one choice for an ISP provider. <ng>

LG - E-trade made NBR tonight. SEC investigating on-line traders. I wonder if they will try to find out why they only seem to go off-line when the market is moving fast. Coincidence?

Lee
