Speak of the devil. Suddenly HRZG stock a notorious NASDAQ market maker who opposed the new NASDAQ rules (cut into their profits they said 8^) suddenly takes off. The stock is an OTC:BB issue that traded below 1/2 before the hype today and was as far down as 1/32. The spreads were huge today. Someone who just joined SI started promoting the stock and encouraging others to bid it up to close the spread. Claimed low float. At 1/32 100,000,000 shares would give $3M market cap.
