Enough with this registration to sell shares by 1 insider! I was in MALL and DBCC pre S-1 to their IPO'S. Both of these IPO spinoffs were preceeded by modest insider selling just before the S-1 filing and again just prior to the actual IPO.
This is TYPICAL, and should indisputably be considered bullish and an obvious part of the process of spinning off a division.

Can you imagine knowing, as an insider, that your shares (most likely the vast majority of your total worth) are about to rise dramaticaly and being in the position of not being alowed to sell any.

That would be insane!

You will see more insiders at least putting themselves in the position to POSSIBLY sell SOME of their holdings should NAVR rise to such a high price that even the most conservative longterm shareholder would HAVE TO SELL... SOME
