Money, Yahoo wasn't going to buy INDI, INDI has been rumored to have signed a deal with Yahoo Finance where its web site (http://www.iionline.com) will provide content to all users on Yahoo Finance (http://quote.yahoo.com). Yahoo reports that it receives 167 million page-views-per-day (up from 144 million in September) which will mean that this content-provision deal with Yahoo will mean millions of hits for INDI's web site. I spoke to Hank Clark, the IR person a few days ago, and he stated that INDI and Yahoo are just finishing their Beta testing before they announce this information, but basically, it is a done deal.
Go to this link, and you will see INDI's info on the Yahoo site.

You could also call Hank Clark, he seemed very helpful and knowledgeable.
