Letmebe Frank,

<<<Also got to say that I see our good friend TeeVee's bearish sentiment as a buy signal>>>>

I hope you are right Frank, however, the way I see it, is that the CF results are so good that the price volitility has just started. Generally, I usually don't call a bottom or a correction until most people start having little beads of sweat break out all over as they start thinking that there MUST be something drasticly wrong-the tape doesn't lie...she's headin lower for sure...I better bail out now before it gets even worse....just remember that in a rigged market like the VSE...the powers that be could have the stock a lot lower or higher tomorrow...
I don't believe that we have yet seen the kind of price volitility that sorts out the men from the boys....Another factor is that tomorrow at lunch time is a long hold for many folks now a days...there won't be much news of importance for a while now....apart from some other play that might come along and suck money out of WSP while some of us wait(to buy more)... Don't misunderstand me....I've held my position and I still have a keg or two of dry powder....I'm just careful about my entry points as someone who doesn't trade...
regards,
teevee

Letmebe Frank,

Basically, I want WSP in the RI Portfolio (it was sold in the portfolio at $3.50). The Portfolio has cash that can be utilized and I see no better buy than WSP. 5,000 shares have now been purchased at $2.80. If it goes down, the Portfolio will buy more at $2.55. I am not buying for tomorrow but for the speculation leading up to the bulk sample results.

Step back and think about what will take the price up. What will excite the speculators? Large stones. They will be there and announced before any valuations.

Sincerely,
Sudhir Khanna, P.Eng.
