You can fit almost any stock into that definition. Look at your LGPT. You were running around telling everyone about a buyout. I'm not saying you were trying to pump up the stock, you may have been sincere, but the end result is that people bought in at a hyped up price of $1.75 (.75 cent gain that day) then the next day it fell back to $1.15. Sounds to me like your stock LGPT was doing a little Pumping and Dumping.

expand and contract this is what i see it will go up more and it will go down again but over the long haul this is a winner there wasent that much volume really today its not bloated that much. alot of people have this stock at or around present price it didnt just come from 1/2 or 3/4 over the past week so i think your right in your theory but this is not going to be a big dive at this price level IT HASENT CLOSED BELOW 2.50 all yearand people are waiting for BIG NEWS TRACY in the NEAR NEAR FUTURE. signed, respectfully dissapointed

Tracy I do not follow your "logic" at all. Just because a micro cap issue is volatile does not make it a pump & dump. Most micro caps with lots of things going on are volatile. <<...when SDMT closed the EBLD acquisition- on normal stocks there should have been a rally, but on SDMT there was the BIG DUMP>> When SDMT closed the EBLD acquisition there was no big dump; there was a mild sell-off. This is typical - haven't you ever heard the axiom, "buy the rumor, sell the news...?" Everyone knew the acquisition was going to close; there were probably some short-term traders hoping to get a nice bounce on the news. Victor
