Investor relations says:
1. They don't know why it has risen so dramatically.
2. The pres recently addressed a group of investors in New York.
3. Short sellers may be scrabbling to cover.
4. They hope to resolve the CD problem in the next couple of weeks, and announce resolution.
5. They expect to have announcements for both major business units over the next several weeks.
