After looking at PQT's supposed assets, I would like to hear thoughts on what YHOO would pay for them. Current price is 3.5 times sales. Would YHOO pay 5 times sales? For what, a data feed which YHOO has already?

I haven't checked the number of subscribers but it can't be that many, certainly far less than the folks who already use YHOO's portfolio services.

So why should YHOO buy PQT? I just don't get it. Except for the fact they could do it for a few shares of overinflated YHOO stock.

FYI: the after-hours trades at 8 have all been cancelled. The rest were in the low or mid-6's.
