Your right. QT trades on the AMEX which has orderly markets since they are auctioned on the floor and there are no market makers. If there is a big mismatch between the bid/ask price they will pause trading to bring them in line.

I think we will close higher than 7. Just because NASDAQ sells off, there are always some stocks that go up. I think PCQ has a lot of speculative internet frenzy behind its price rise. They also are a very good acquisition target for one of the internet high-flyers who want to grow market share with new services that separate them from the crowd. Ask yourself, "How much is this service worth to your company - sign sealed and delivered - already developed and ready for your customers". $40M, $60M ..? If you buy today, your competitor will have to develop it on their own from scratch with a long delay to market or buy one of the other companies like PQT whose market capitalization is much higher.
