Talked with them today and while I do not think it is safe to say that deal is closed it may be safe to say tomorrow. Seems like alot of mutual trust and respect between these parties and a real desire to get it done and I think you are right done tomorrow and out on Monday. Price should really start its move tomorrow.
If there are any shorts out there they are gonna get caught with their pants down past there ankles. Can you beleive this is actually happening and MPTV may be up and running and even more positive successful. Wish them and all ivestors a lot of luck and a great weekend. Keep on buying baby.

Bring on the news! Been waiting along time. Hopfully after we get the closing date on the financing with the details we will get a series of PR's about the block sells of time shares to keep this stock going in the right direction. Good Luck to All.
