Hey Michael,

There are a number of possible scenarios.

1) Some of the patents (if they haven't been hid under a log in Bimini) may still have some time and effectiveness left on them. In addition, some of the hardware, software and ancillary systems may still be viable. If you have the fortitude to take the re-engineered products back to market - AGTI is a known name. Uphill, but not impossible. AGTI (the idea) still has some friends out there.

2) The patents, software and equipment may be of value to company "X" if they wish to (a) incorporate it or (b) bury it [like 100mpg carburetors] - to protect there own interests.

3) The functionality of an existing OTC/BB company (AGTI) may be attractive as a "shell" to some outfit that wants to turn it into "jellybeans-r-us", or whatever.

All that matters is that "Dan" makes the decisions - so we don't all get screwed. If the Sleazoids got it back - we'd be hosed.

John :-)
