August, as for VGCP,

No I do not have any relationship with the company other than as a shareholder who purchased shares on the open market. Nor do I have any relationship with Research Investment Group.

That being said, VGCP has spent the last few years creating the infrastructure for the Viking E commerce network. They have put about $10 million into its development and it is just recently become complete.

The company is now ready for the next step, which is acquiring insurance companies to put on their network. That process is underway. They are negotating for financing and once that is complete, which should be soon, they should begin immediately to close acquisitions.

They already have letters of intent with target companies. Their goal is to quickly buy 6 insurance companies with $1.5 billion in managed assets. These companies will then be put onto the Viking system.

Policy holders will then be given the ability to access their accounts from their PCs to make inquiries, changes, find doctors, check coverage, etc. They will also be given several other options within the same website, such as securities trading and banking to name a few.

This company has the ability to be a really big deal. Watch the wires. The financing will be the key. They received phase I financing already. Once additional financing is in place, this stock will be off to the races.
