On post 777 from last year we have a report from a very unhappy investor who visited the offices of ADOT and reported back to the thread.

Now, Richard Baron, a former shareholder, with no position at all in the present time in ADOT, is back.
But not as shareholder, but with a mission, to trash the company and to trash the shareholders, who like me, believe in the company.

After Richard visited the office of ADOT, another investor went also to visit ADOT and he made a very happy, very impressive and possitive report about his visit.

Here is THE GOOD REPORT.

REPORT on Our Visit with ADOT & Biomoda a couple of days ago.

We called a day in advance and scheduled an appointment with Les Robins at ADOT. We told him we were shareholders and just wanted to stop by and visit. Our appointment was set for 10:30 AM the next day. We also called at 8:45 AM on the day of the appointment to confirm.

ADOT is located in an industrial park area of Albuquerque. As we drove in, we saw some very attractive facilities of other businesses such as Motorola, Trend Technologies, Horizon Health Care Corp and a Harley Davidson Showroom. The industrial park is near the famous Balloon Fiesta Park in northeast Albuquerque. There are various other small businesses in the area as well and some new buildings are under construction. The sign "Advanced Optics Electronics Inc" was easily visible from the street, so it was easy to find them.

When we walked in, we saw two women in the front office. The office space looked comfortable and efficient, but not elaborate. Off the main front area there were 3 other offices. One of those was Les Robins' office. The front office staff was pleasant and Les Robins came out to introduce himself. He invited us into his office.

We had nice discussion on a variety of topics before we talked about ADOT. As we began talking about ADOT, I told Les that if I asked anything that he couldn't or shouldn't discuss, just let me know.

Les discussed the billboard industry at length and the niche he intends ADOT to have. He said he has had many inquiries from billboard users but not all users are necessarily good prospects.
He said users of ADOT billboards need to have locations with very high traffic visibility in order for the billboards to be profitable for the user. He also wants locations that will be good exposure for ADOT. The first one is supposed to go to a location in South Florida.

He then offered to show us through the facility. He asked us to wait just a moment while he checked to make sure there was nothing "secret" that shouldn't be out. He was back in just a couple of minutes.

He showed us a computer modeling room where they design and test computer models of the billboards and systems used in the technology. In the large main work area, there were various machines and certain types of technical equipment. I don't remember all the descriptions of each piece. But I was fascinated by the specialized polishing equipment, the laser (although I didn't ask him specifically what it is used for), and the "clean room." Les pointed out some specific equipment used for assembling small parts that are made into sections, which are then put together to create modules, which are combined to form the billboards.

Next to the clean room was a rack of lab jackets that were very crisp and clean, with the "Advanced Optics Electronics Inc." name embroidered on them. The whole back area was exceptionally clean. The cement floor appeared to have a special coating to help keep dust down.

There were 4 men in the large work area. Two were working at a counter with various small parts and the other two were working independently on other pieces of equipment. Les said that 2 employees were away from the facility at the moment.

As I recall, he indicated the big billboard sections are put together at another Albuquerque location and that a couple of modules had been sent to San Diego for something and then they would be returned. My understanding was that when those modules come back, they will be put
together with additional modules to create a billboard.

The tour was very interesting but it was a bit overwhelming to absorb all the information. I'm sure if I was in the industry, or if I was an electrical engineer, I would probably have understood a lot more.

Les Robins seemed very knowledgeable about the industry. He said they would be adding marketing people in January. Les said he has been contacted by a number of people that are interested in the billboards. He thinks they may have found ADOT information on the website.

We asked about ADOT brochures or literature. He said he thinks literature should be available in about 40 to 60 days.

We also talked about Biomoda. Les seemed very excited about ADOT's ownership in Biomoda. He was pleased that we were also planning to visit with Biomoda.

Our visit to ADOT lasted just under a hour. We then went to visit with Ari Ma'ayan, the CEO of Biomoda. He showed us a copy of the New Mexico Business Journal, July/August issue. We were able to read the article on Biomoda. ADOT was mentioned in the article as a provider of seed capital for Biomoda. You might be able to order a copy of this issue by contacting the publisher at the following website... nmbiz.com

There was also another publication called Biophotonics International (July/August 98 issue, page 26) that had an article on Biomoda. Biophotonics International is a bi-monthly publication "designed to present the latest global developments and techniques from the photonics industry to the medical and biotechnology disciplines." You can order a copy of this magazine by going to the following website... biophotonics-mag.com

Biomoda is currently negotiating a deal in preparation to market their early lung cancer detection kits. The marketing of the kits is awaiting the test results from Lung Check, Inc in Scottsdale, AZ.

Mr Ma'ayan said they have enough cash right now to complete this deal, but they might do another small private placement of about 100,000 to 200,000 shares of Biomoda (at about $1.50 to $2.00 a share) just to make sure they are able to do everything without pinching. He said if
anyone is interested in more information on that to let him know. Of course any investors would have to meet certain legal requirements to participate in the private placement.

Mr. Ma'ayan said that Lung Check said the tests are on track for completion in September. Mr Ma'ayan said he really expects no surprises from Lung Check because "we have done thousands of samples ourselves. Lung Check is just a verification of our work." He said those samples will be forwarded to Pennsylvania for additional independent verification which will take about 2 weeks. Then they will take that documentation to medical journals. He said there are no bottlenecks in the process right now.

After Richard Baron went to visit ADOT offices and after he made his bad report about the company, this is what he said in two different posts.

"I often doubted the wisdom of a post I made on this thread a few months ago"

AND ALSO LOOK AT THIS ONE.

"Bradm, as I told you in the private message exchange we had earlier today, despite my unpleasant encounter with Leslie Robbins I have added considerably to my position in ADOT.
Join us, Mr. Morris, or not, but Robbins and my lack of chemistry means nothing".

All this and the fact that Mr Richard Baron has no more a position in ADOT make me think he has his own personal agenda.

Elio

Good luck HB! I've been in this one for better than 18 months and will "go for broke" with what I have invested at this time. Call it irrational exuberance to steal a phrase! ;>)
