Michelino,

< In the US, we will demand that the IRS audit every politician, political wannabe or corporate leader every single year. Our upper crust have long since proven that they can't be trusted when the people aren't looking, so install mirrors and cameras everywhere in officialdom.>

Absolute no need for such extreme privacy invading measures.

< And that will create plenty of jobs for the voyeurs among us as well as a new branch of government: The watchers.>

Agree it will create tremendous opportunities for all those who have valuable information to expose, but can not master the barriers of the corrupt media.

< In fact, as for the hardest-core criminals around, hell, don't send 'em to prison, send 'em directly to congress.>

The network would not interfere with, take over or extend present ways and means. If a hard core criminal manages to get elected by popular consent. So be it then.

<I think it should be given a trial run in some place like Liechtenstein or, perhaps, Texas>

On the internet one does not need trial runs. Speedy delivery of timely and accurate data is all you want and ever need.

<You know, I always thought that you wrote in a language that hadn't been invented yet. Suddenly, I seem to comprehend.>

Possibly you wanted to say- in a way I always understood, but the subjects did not interest me. So why bother?

<PS If you could just cut out the cold-war-style super spy stuff on Ron Brown, you might get some converts.>

Michelino, allow me to point out your error. I utilized Mr.Brown as an example for one established practice of the elected which allows them, for decades, to travel the globe on the expense of the taxpayer while the purpose of such travels are not in the interest or benefit to the taxpayer.

Not only happening in the U.S but everywhere. We just had a lady here in Germany discovered. She took air force plane rides to execute personal business.

The reasons for the plane crash and Mr.Browns death totally apart,he was U.S.Secretary of commerce and not a ordinary bean counter. The fact that he was in company with U.S.business men dictates the question, originating from any sensible taxpayer "what type of business"?

Was it shady business for the exclusive benefit of the plane load or was it a type of business the electorate would benefit from?

There is only one effective way to combat corruption, double standards and shady business deals.

That way is my general guide and spiritual fundament from which I draw up my remedies for common benefit.

A elected person who is conducting business on his own behalf or on behalf of a selected few, is excluding the electorate.

But instead of judging the person, branding him or her with a useless name and painless slaps on the wrist for public show sakes, in order that he or she does not spell the beans on the judges themselves, I propose supervision of the elected, safeguarding that the electorate is participating in the "shady business" as well.

All explained once already in an argument with Mr.Pink Explaining it to you for your convenience sakes in a short sentence, again.

If the elected want to conduct shady business, we the electorate want to know every detail in advance and be able to judge the scheme according to our current ways of thinking.

But we insist to share the winning hand. No more, no less.

Senor Arango, has provided a most appropriate quote which I like to use again.

"Discontent for money is just a trick of the rich to keep the poor without it."

Michael Corleone

Michelino, since you seem to be into methamorphosis, allow me to put above in my school of thought.

" The elected have to stop urinating on the heads of the electorate and selling it as acid free rain!"

Greetings,

Eddy Blinker

PS. I have more to say to you, but I have an appointment for a refeshment now.

The Quasimodo of the internet.....

Michelino,

Where would we all be in 1999 without one of the most significant inventions of all times dating back now 52 years in the BellLaboratories in N.J.?

Not discounting German groundwork and originality -but who would have been interested then. Ever heard of Robert Denk who in 1942 had his radio playing with two wires and no tubes? His first transistor radio on the world market in 1948. Well he died in total poverty.

With that in mind:

The " current " is the electorate. The " base " is present democratic system. The " emitter " is the ruling party. The " collector " is the electorate again.

Since 1947 transistors have served us well and will serve us even better in the future. Transistor's can accomplish switching or amplification tasks without any problems while delivering ever increasing benefits to the collectors. Transistors can act as isolators and conductors.

In a democratic system politicians, the emitters, are duty bound through their oath to do the very same. Isolate the electorate from peril and conduct benefits towards the electorate.

But what functions perfectly in the electronic goods we stick our transistors in, fails increasingly in the democratic systems we design and are selling to others.

As faster technology accelerates so much more trouble we encounter with our democratic systems."Failure to communicate" once a pointing phrase in a movie is haunting us now. What else would you say about present scenario in your capital?

Why is that?

Sophisticated electronic circuits with millions and millions of transistors require regulated power supplies otherwise the circuit goes on the "blink" or fails to function at all.

Our present democratic systems, fail to deliver to the electorate the expected benefits because their power supplies are not regulated well enough. They favor negative currents to the base.

Don't get lost now. Are you following?

Eventually the computer will take over all forms of a government. What Mr.Ross Perot correctly envisaged will become reality but exceed his wildest imaginations.

Every single voting act in the halls of national and local government pertaining any possible subject, presently still in the administrative domain of human emitters, will be replaced by computers and instant voting terminals installed in the homes of the inhabitants. They will terminate the sorry show present politicians deliver every day on TV.

One of them is talking possibly about your problems or concern to 75%of empty seats. The rest possibly on a junket trip to TIM BAC TOE investigating on your behalf how to twist the olive without getting wet.

Politicians as we know them today will be become absolute.

But that end is still far away and might never come, because of obvious economic and political power factors. Besides what would you do with thousands upon thousands of attorneys, "serving and advising" politicians we elect because they are smart attorneys?

Ergo, " meantime " is a factor of XXX. But leaving us still with the unregulated supply of power to the present political structure. The Base.

That's where my proposed beneficial concept comes in.

A network which has no other function as to act as " temporary shoe in ", watching the supply of power to the present "hybrid" base.

Sounding the alarm bells if the supply becomes unstable through line interference or spurious spikes = foul play by humans, the emitters= politicians= The ruling classes.

Considering all above said, the network's designated name is

bells.cc

It honors the inventors and their splendid technology contributions while addressing the reason for presence on the net correctly.

Besides, it would finally set some axioms into their proper orbits.

Like," To whom the bells toll".or "Let's ring the bells".

Enjoy the thoughts,

Eddy Blinker
