Excuse me, Ricobuns, but here's a little hint: what's been going on this week hasn't been a "trial", it's been a "preliminary hearing", the results of which will determine whether there's in fact to be a trial at all. Does the plaintiff's case have sufficient merit to warrant going ahead? I'm afraid, Rico, that this is only one of several important points you fail to grasp. Spidey is not a competent legal adviser. Doesn't appear to be competent at anything else, either, but I suppose that's irrelevant.
