Is it really great news? Here is an excerpt from the press release concerning the IFT technology:
"our In-Flight Entertainment system ... essentially has been abandoned by prior management". So it looks like the technology contributed by IFT isn't worth much. This looks to me like TNCX sold 60% the company for 5 million. Now TNCX has a market cap of about 18 million. So 60% of the company is supposed to be worth about 11 million. Yet they sold it for less than half that. So this says to me that insiders feels TNCX is worth only about $1.75 per share. Not great news!
