Gerald. Yes, you horned in on the most important statements. UN Inspector Butler seems to be resigning in June 99. Yes, the new budget arrived. Nice and bloated and something for everyone but us. No captial gains tax cuts to be seen anywhere in there. Greenspan is for reducing the National Debt or second in line: Tax cuts. I personally feel that my investments should NOT be taxed. We make this economy grow. Some spend it all, some save it. I never did understand why savers are penalized over here. Sonny
