bla bla bla. got an etrade shirt but too embarrassed to wear it now. i aint shorting egpr 'cause i think just like aol it can be fixed. in the mean time, i used the phone to make one trade in early morning (estation) after trying a few times (it cost me $50 by the time i ran from computer to phone. cell phone was unclear), plus two more before the close, which went smoothly. what i don't like is that when you can't access the system you can't prove that you wanted to buy/sell a particular stock. that's bad because etrade is not obligated to resolve the issue while you look for another online firm.
