Well, Toby, I'm learning how to read those charts, so maybe the gods will offer me another chance.. Do you expect a spring decline prior to a summer rally this year? I've been told that is a good possibility, and want to have a little cash on hand, just in case.
Good luck getting that $40! -- I know some folks who will be more than mildly pleased if that pans out!!
