I will guess CBS.

I just heard in CNBC that CBS would like to make their web operation a separate public company. Just look at how CBS MarketWatch has been pumping IDTC the last couple weeks.

Never heard of TeleAmerica, but if they offer Net2Phone, then they have got to be doing business with IDT. IDT does all kinds of work for all kinds of companies. If they are providing Net2Phone for TA then they are probably also doing other stuff, like routing calls, etc. Let us know what you find.
