Alert.....Shareholder venting,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I don't know if anyone has noticed, but there has been a secular change in the investment world (at least a substantial portion of it). Investors are now focused on THE FUTURE OF COMPANIES WITHOUT REGARD TO CURRENT EARNINGS OR FUNDAMENTALS. I, for one, have become sick and tired of hearing (and verifying through DD) how fundamentally sound IFCI is, while seeing other stocks like MFNX, IXC, & the pathetic ABTE increase in price. It seems to me that one of the basic difference between these companies and IFCI is the quality of their PR/IR. Not one of these businesses would ever consider being stuck with the slimy Liviakis as their investment community liaison HERE IS AN OPEN REQUEST TO IFCI MGT: 1. Announce NOW that a search is underway to replace Liviakis. 2. Meet with Warren Sapp and agree upon a PR release explaining exactly why he has been constantly selling. 3. Put out a news release advising the investment community of IFCI's business model and how it fits in with the cable/fibre industry tremendous bandwidth needs & stupendous FUTURE requirements. 4. Explain to the financial community IFCI's "one stop shopping" concept in a coherent manner to distinguish if from so many other players (who are performing much better price-wise) 5. REPEAT, GET THE HELL RID OF LIVIAKIS WHETHER OR NOT KEALY HAS A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP/FRIENDSHIP WITH THEM OR NOT. THEIR PERFORMANCE HAS SUCKED!!!!!! PERIOD.......................................V
