The Auto Club reports fuel prices as the lowest in 20 years. What is not clear to me is whether they tried to correct for inflation or for added retail taxes. Inflation was sky high in 1979 when the mullahs took Iran away from the Shah and OPEC lashed out at us again. At that time, some Iranian thugs held some of our people hostage for 444 days. Iran is slowly changing for the better.
