For a change, I actually agree with him on this. It feels to me like its already started. The margin rules on the Internut stocks are a sign that the brokerage firms are scared, and want to take them down, finally, and that should create a bad atmosphere for other tech stocks as well, at least for awhile.

Does anyone have access to screens which can find how many stocks have tripled since, say, Oct 1 or so? I swear it must be a record number. It seems to me to be a good time to hunker down and wait.
