While reeling from the sobering realization that I got SCREWED by Barron Chase, I called Jonathon last week to find out if there is any hope for OAIS. He claimed to be the new IR for OAIS now, and broke out the pom-poms. I have not found anyone who can tell me if OAIS has any assets... therefore NUOA has 49% of nil. Oasis Resorts does not have a place of business. They do not own anything. Walt Sanders is the mayor of a one-horse town in the middle of nowhere. He refuses to return calls and his secretary appears to be screening his calls hard.(we cold-call sales slugs have a 6th sense for this) Also, I asked Jonathon once and for all if the NMS had actually been filed (as claimed by Barron Chase scum), if it would happen within the next 30 days (as claimed by Barron Chase scum), and if OAIS/NUOA actually owned the hotels (as claimed by Barron Chase scum) or simply had an at-will management contract... My worst fears were confirmed. I welcome anyone's thoughts on this. John
