Like Peter Lynch says: "Go to the playgrounds, go to the malls, shop around see what people are buying. Then do your homework and give that company a chance to perform. Forget what the market is doing today look at your investment five years from now" Peter Lynch also says to pay attention to the six year olds on the playground; they don't care about interest rates, market valuations, or Y2K. Not being a six year old, I'm not too sure ol' Peter is the guy I want to listen to. But, I suppose he does have good advice for first graders. <g> jim
