Would not a simple credit check on this company USAT have produced a report that the principals of USAT were & are not credit worthy, and if this is the case WHY would FTEL do business with a company like this? regards John

Well for starters, apparently, they were not credit worthy as they paid cash in advance.....

As to your question, I do not know, I am not in the credit reporting business. Are you ? Besides, Why are you asking me that question, if you have a concern, take it to them.

If you are in the credit reporting biz, then answer your own question and make appropriate suggestions to FTEL.

In business, (don't ask, as I won't tell), not once but many times I have had clients that their credit reporting checks out, and a few months or years later they go bankrupt. Nothing in their report or financial statements suggested anything.... meanwhile I profited by their relationship... no harm done, (at least to me).

Why would you fault FTEL anyway ? They got paid, they seemingly are building a network of their own.

The question is, where is FTEL going and has the SEC proven anything re USAT, and in which way it affects FTEL.

I personally do not know as I was not involved in the deal.

Now...... If you are just fishing, don't bug me, I am busy and I do not plan to be spending much time in answering questions that you know I do not have answers for.

Bottom line I do not care, I will look at the charts and act accordingly, from that point of view it does not matter one iota what business FTEL is in, but hey, it is a free world and you can do whatever you please, it is your money.

Your post has an idiotic undertone as the ones from the hypers, so don't think you come through so smart. You know, like the cynic fat girl-friend you once had, (I am making assumptions here, as everyone has had one of those at some point, by accident of course), that she knows the answer to her question before she asks it, yet with a smirk in her face, she asks it anyway:

Would you dance with me ?

Then again.... I do not know what your preferences might be. (I know mine).

But like I said, it is your money you do what you will, I am not pushing you or stopping you either way.

As I indicated, in my post, such was my opinion, bearing no significance on what FTEL does.... I could go on, but I got better things to do. I am only answering out of courtesy..... you know, as if you were that long forgotten fat girlfriend....

Have a nice life.

p.s. as you seem to be a slow lerner, read the very first sentence of this response again, so you... "get it".

John, if you own your own business as I do, I don't care what the credit check says if they pay up front by check and it clears. Cash is king.

Stop finding fault FTEL has a working product and has increasing sales.

Long FTEL, Ken

JHP,

If you made such absurd statement about A@P he would most likely
have you in court. However, you make such a statement about FTEL
in this post:

I believe you may hear from FTEL's atty. You went over the line
with that one.
