Bob, I boxed my position. It's my opinion that it's not worth chasing the last few points in these stocks. An example of why is ZITL itself. I had a short position this summer, and covered it at 3 1/16 when I defunded my Datek account. Well, we all know that it never got much lower, and I was able to short it over 6 late last year.

One drawback to boxing: I received my annual report and proxy to vote my share at the ZITL annual meeting, LOL. I guess I'll vote to keep Jack in place. :)

My Friend Bob:

I was forced to cover about 75% of my short in a forced buy in at 2 15/16.
Zitel is no longer a significant position for me(<5%).
As far as what lies Jack King will make up in the future, is anyone's guess.
