SOROS--now, that's a manipulator if there ever was one. The SOB's best friend is made the head of the central bank of Brazil and the SOB announces the day before this news that all is well in Brazil. What a crock of horsesh!t!!!! I hope he loses another 3 billion or so in Latin America. It'd look good next to his loss from Russia. -nfg-
