When I first started trading online with Etrade it was in terminal mode only. You had to input codes in order to execute trades - no graphics, no clicking etc. It was time consuming but worked every time. Customer service was excellent. Online trading has become so big now that they just can't keep up with influx of new customers. Over the past 6 months I have seen their service (Etrade) deteriorate rapidly.

You know....
Delayed trades even happen with regular brokerage firms.
For instance, yesterday I called my broker but had to go through the secretary who informed me that he was with a client. Only after I mentioned I wanted to place a sell order in did she put me through. He had to pull up the screen, enter the order etc.etc.etc...
Who's accountable for that lost time?

Auric, All I know, is I took my profits at a meer (sp) double...I'd hate to be one of those suckers that bought from $12-$25 (Please excuse, some of you folks have learned a lesson, your not really suckers, consider it a learning experience, hey, you could have spent $40K for your kid to spend 1 year at Stanford or Harvard)...God Bless you, some folks never their own DD...they are of the herd mentality...Remember the old Wall Street saying: "Hogs get Slaughtered"...
