Hey guys, I couldn't take it any longer so I called MVEE's investor contact: Mr.Bentz in CA. Of course, we all know about the announcement of the premiere. However, he was able to answer a couple of important questions that I had which I want to share with all you guys. But please don't get upset with me, cause i 'm still learning about investing, I thought it was an interesring experience though, actually getting to talk to someone at the company that we all own!

First, he said the big dogs like Warner Bros and Paramount...etc will be there for the premiere! Which I believe Capitalism had first mentioned!

Second, Steven Segal's son DOES have an agreement with them to make some movies, they just haven't found the right ones for him yet!

Third, About Kumete, he said that it is still in early development and is still a long ways away- and this might be one for Steven's son!

Fourth, Right now they are gonna begin filming Escape to grizzly mountain! Starting in Feb, it is already funded by tommorrow Films!

Fifth, Delta force one has not yet been completed to date. He said they should finish it up around end of march! They will probably market this one the same way as Speedway Junky!

Sixth, they plan on filing with SEC by next month and he was firm about this!

Seventh, and probably most important, I asked why these guys came back and he said that some banking institution offered these guys funding to make movies if they would agree to come back, so I guess they did!

He even told me that when these guys were with up Cannon films, they had a deal with Warner Bros. where Warner Bros gave them a swinging line of credit of $200Mil to make movies for them.

He said that they will be trying to use their old contacts at Warner Bros to get the same type of credit line again! probably not as much as $200mil initially, but just having warner Bros. as their backing would be extremely helpful to the growth of the company an dgreat news as well- but i don;t know if Warner bros will accept or not! He said they are planning on meeting with warner Bros to discuss this in the near future!

I thought I would just share all this info with you guys! As you all know I am still learning much about investing So maybe some of you could tell me how much of this stuff is really worth believing!

I mean I am not lying to you all, I just wonder how much of this stuff is hype since it's coming from the investor relation group!
In your experiences do these guys normally tell the truth or do they always try to hype up the stock???

Sorry for the long message, but I thought that a lot of it was worth sharing with all of you!

I truly do believe for all us long termers that this stock could really be as successful as cannon was! I gonna stick it out and buy more at these prices!

Thanks,

John

Founded in 1951, the Berlin International Film Festival is one of today's leading international film festivals alongside Cannes and Venice, and has featured such recent hits as ''Goodwill Hunting'', ''The Shawshank Redemption'' and ''Chasing Amy''. Each year, approximately 3000 journalists from more than 60 countries cover the Festival, while public film screenings attract over 350,000 visitors.

''Speedway Junky'' has been selected to participate in this year's Panorama Section, which presents a wide range of films in three divisions: ''art&essai'' (featuring well-known directors as well as newcomers), ''Dokumente'' (featuring a concentrated selection of the most interesting new documentaries), and ''PANORAMA Special'' (the showcase for rather high budget international independent productions as well as US major studio productions).

Peter Benz, Chairman of the 1st Miracle Group, commented, ''We are delighted to be included among the select number of productions featured in this year's Berlin International Film Festival, especially given its reputation as one of the world's premier film festivals and the extraordinary list of past participants. Next month's event provides us an excellent opportunity to introduce ''Speedway Junky'' to one of the year's largest gatherings of industry professionals and media, which should prove to be instrumental as we look to broaden the film's international distribution in the future.''

''Speedway Junky'' is a film for today's youth, full of charm and erotic drama. A forbidden love story which we all dreamed of against the backdrop of the decadence and despair, wealth and success of Las Vegas. The film culminates in an exciting awe inspiring ''opportunity.'' The film was executive produced by Gus Van Sant, Menahem Golan and Yoram Globus co-executive producers. The Nickolas Perry film was produced by Rodney Omanoff, Randall Emmett, George Furla and Jeff Rice.
