this thing is driving them crazy.....I wouldn't short this thing for nothing....too much demand and too little float....just how much is sitting in mutual funds now and won't move forever!

PER halted again this morning,
Could not figure out why. I had to sell yesterday my entire position at 70 1/2 on its way down from the high of 85. I will wait and see. I got into DPH this morning. I will certainly get back in to PER later. Later when? I am not sure.
