If anybody wants to read the whole thing today they can view it on FreeEdgar. You will need to register but it's free and only take a minute. You can set alerts also, so it's a good service to get on if you never used it before. Since AI does not have a symbol yet you will just need to type in the name of the company "Anything Internet" and it will brink up the S-2 filing. freeedgar.com

C. McD, Thanks for finding the filings..... I hope you may be taking a second look at the situation. Since there will be a little bit of time before trading....It may be a good time to do as much DD on Anything Internet as possible. I hope larger holders of AI and BANY will have a chance to conference call with Bob Schick.......as I believe they may decide to stick their shares away for a while. I will need to say this again......This gets better. I think Anything Internet will be a NASDAQ stock by Mid Summer.....JMO. Like the filing says......they are in negotiations with several other content providers. bg
