I certainly didn't mean to imply that the video was a sham. I meant to get input from the point of view of looking at it "as if" it was ... to take the most skeptical, critical view and see what useful results, if any, occur. And I am perfectly willing to believe that the reputable board members are very capable people who have the ability to present a view of a given situation which is not inconsistent with the facts from a legal liability viewpoint but which also stimulates a desired response. I consider this a valuable business skill.
