The VLNC leadership is so brilliant it apparently couldn't even come up with a press release -- or at least I have been unable to find one. Is there more than one "annual" meeting a year? So, it looks like another three months of buy at 6.25-6.50 and sell at 7.25-7.50; still, one can make a comfortable (but unsatisfying) living that way.

I disagree. I think the itchy buy fingers are about to start pulling the trigger. They are waiting to see if they'll be any bargain shares early. IMHO of course.
