Because it hasnt been under development for 1/2 a decade. The patent's which Ericy is basing it's case are primarily TDMA patent's they are trying to leverage into CDMA. As for the handset issue TERO, where are the NOKIA CDMA phones? Will they come out before Q's phones? The Nokia phones for CDMA stink.

Oh Yah what happened to the Ericky collapse in stock price before earning's? how's your Nokia stock doing? The stock price of Q seems to be outperforming them? maybee wall street has awaken! I like you Tero and respect your opinion, but WCDMA is VW-40 and you will find that out soon!

Qualcomm will be offering a week's stand-by time approximately 16-18 months after Nokia introduced the feature. It's a solid achievement, but it does not excatly place the company on the cutting edge.

apples....oranges.....apples.....oranges.....broken record....

I still haven't heard how W-CDMA can be a concept based on cdma2000, since it has been undr development for well over half a decade.

I thought it was a decade? I followed the Frezza Forum long ago--why wasn't that W-CDMA point brought up there? Was the army convinced then that since cdmaONE was going to fail that W-CDMA was also going to fail?
