Thanks, it's good to know my memory isn't failing me! Meantime, I checked with someone I know at the Company and this person told me WCII is "all over" Fairfield County, including Stamford, where there are a huge number of corporate headquarters, including Swiss Bank, Xerox, GE Capital Services, General Re, etc. (This list of companies is my add and is not to suggest that WCII has sold these as customers; I am unaware of that).

38 GHz licenses are based on the latitude and longitude coordinates
of the granted application. BTA rights only come into play from auctions. A grant may be larger or usually smaller than the BTA but
can also cross over more than one BTA. Fairfield was likely part of
a north of NYC but south of Hartford filing. 1993-95 applicants were
allowed/forced to be creative around FCC guidelines/policy statements.
