Looking for that "just right" buy in point?

Seriously, it might not be a bad idea. It's so depressed now that a single Y2K contract announcement could generate a double.

Or, perhaps they'll never get any more contracts because of their poor history, and they'll fade away into the sunset.

Anybody got a crystal ball?
