- Provide the Licensor with necessary legal support for five years plus extensions if necessary.

Think this may come in handy?

Here's more information on the NexTech lawsuit. We all remember that Spidey grandly informed us that the certificate in question had been "inspected by forensic experts", right? Wonder how that was done, unless Riley was teleporting stuff again:

1. The certificate has remained in the possession of NexTech's attorneys for nearly one year.

2. The moving papers in the NexTech vs. Amazon case never alleged that the paper was a forgery or altered in any way; only that it was "voting stock" and was valueless once Kricfalusi left the employ of AZNT, which for reasons explained several days ago makes no sense.

3. According to the NexTech attorneys, at the last hearing Landish suddenly announced that "we think the certificate may have been altered", he was reprimanded by the judge for attempting to raise an issue that had never been addressed in any of the filings made by AZNT against NexTech. And in fact AZNT did not produce, or attempt to produce, any such evidence regarding alteration of the certificate.

The first two points have been verified. The third has not--the report of the judge's reprimand, that is, not the rest of it--but can easily be checked by anyone in possession of the transcript of the hearing.

The cost of "intellectual property" comes high. <g> Did we ever hear what value the SEC allowed for Lorrichio as an "intellectual property" ?

>>As consideration for the rights obtained the company agreed to:
- Provide suitable housing accommodations for the family of the Licensor's principal for a
temporary period of time.

- Pay $8,000 per month for an initial period of five years.

- Provide the Licensor (designated to the principal and family)
5,000,000 shares of the company's common stock.

- Provide the Licensor with an automobile for a period of five
years plus extensions if necessary.

- Provide the Licensor with health insurance for five years plus
extensions if necessary.

- Provide the Licensor with necessary legal support for five years
plus extensions if necessary.

- Reimburse the Licensor for operational costs (travel, hotels,

The agreement continues in force for a minimum of 99 years and carries a substantial
termination penalty for both parties.<<
