Well, the trial started toward the begining of January and shouldn't last more than 3 to 6 and maybe 8 weeks tops. GSI has won every other ligigation with GDT and GDT does have a pattern which should hold up in court. Royalties plus damages is a best case scenario plan. Apparently, GDT has paid out twice before recently for similar ligiation with other firms. Holding for a little while longer to see the end of the court case. I think my April, if it doesn't fly, it won't. I personally think they'll probaly win but its far from a guarantee.
