Larry, read my post again regarding material events. I said that the release of joint venture partner and customer announcements would be controlled by the jv partners and the customers.

The 270 was posted on this thread by someone who visited Henderson in December. The information should therefore be categorized as "our sources", not my sources. The sources you were relying on last year seem to have told you that Valence would be unable to obtain financing. When the first Castle Creek deal was struck, all you could talk about was a "death spiral" and January 27. CC's terms were since improved and you seem to run out of arguments in that area. If the actual number of NI employees is lower than 270, there is a smaller payroll and therefore a reduction in burn rate.

Larry: Very specifically I was told that there were close to 300 folks in NI at the time, including approximately 70 from Henderson. What they have today could very well be different then what they had on Dec 6th. If you do a search on my posts you'll find that post as well as several others in regards to the chat my wife & I had with Lev & his office person. Fred was correct in posting what I passed on....
