Tournigan completes special warrant financing International Tournigan Corporation ITG Shares issued 16,553,331 Feb 9 close $0.09 Wed 10 Feb 99 News Release Mr. A.E. Daem reports The company has completed the private placement reported in Stockwatch Sept. 8, 1998. A total of 8,985,665 special warrants was issued for proceeds of $1,347,850. Each special warrant consists of one share and a warrant exercisable for one year at 30 cents. The underlying shares are subject to trading restrictions until Nov. 9, 1999 as to 6,149,999 shares; Jan. 15, 2000 as to 2,835,666 shares; and Feb. 4, 2000 as to one million shares. The proceeds will be used to finance engineering work on the Berenguela project in Peru and for general working capital.
