Fred I have. And frankly, I do not see how you translate my posting on VLNC patent position as threatening VLNC share holders. My point can be summarized quite simply (and it applies to ULBI as well), when TA and FA do not jive, believe the TA. Right now, I am seeing signs of distribution in VLNC and accumulation in ULBI, that is very simple. When I saw signs of distribution in ULBI, I did not hesitate and sold, particularly in view of the fact that their news release about selling batteries over the net sounded quite "hypy" to me. Zeev
