Two Abracels have been identified. One is a Brazilian Corporation and the other is a US entity. Why is Abracel USA involved and suppose to pay $8,000 monthly and why is this payment guaranteed by AZNT? Who has been making these monthly payments?<s> Was Abracel USA in a financial position to meet the $96,000 obligation at that time? Is it today? So many companies involved in selling primarily a sweetener...
